Installation, Implementation And Training
Although the planning is only the beginning, we will then intall the cabling and all supporting data communication infra-structure in your organization, office, or factory. We will integrate all the equipment (the implementation phase), including servers, backup systems, network hubs, routers, printers, and all software selected specifically for your needs. We install eMail, HTTP, and FTP servers, file and print servers, and FAX servers.
Even more importantly, we will train your local staff in the regular operation of these systems.
We are experienced in integrating diverse platforms: Windows (all versions), NetWare.
Network Administration
If you have internal staff maintaining your network, whether part-time or full-time, we can provide complementary services in the administration of your network. If you do not have in-house expertise in the maintenance of your network, we will provide you with ongoing support that is only a phone call away. When a problem arises, we will work to bring your equipment back to normal operation using a variety of technical support methods, including telephone, or remote access that allows us to gain direct control and diagnosis. At your option, we can set up a Managed Services Agreement where we perform regular maintenance of your systems to ensure they run at optimum level and avoid down time in a pro-active manner.
